Mhondoro home is in the process of registering with the Department of Social Welfare. All the paperwork is done and we are only waiting for the certificate. Our holding capacity is 61 children but we would like to enlarge the institution as there is big space to accommodate more children.
We used to have children at the institution but the Department of Social Welfare said that we can only place the children when we get the certificate from the Department hence we placed all the children under foster care. We have 37 hectares of land and that is where our income-generating projects are based.
